2. Booking Policy

• Bookings will be confirmed only after full or partial payment, as specified in the quotation or invoice.
• You are responsible for verifying all booking details (dates, destinations, traveler information, etc.) before final confirmation.
• Safar Musafir reserves the right to cancel or modify any booking in case of unforeseen circumstances, errors, or service unavailability.

3. Payments

• Payments can be made through secure online payment gateways, bank transfers, or other approved methods.
• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
• Any additional charges such as currency conversion fees, bank transfer charges, or service fees are borne by the customer.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to our support email.
• Cancellation charges will depend on the service provider’s policy (airlines, hotels, transport, etc.) and Safar Musafir’s service fees.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days after deduction of applicable charges.
• No refund will be provided for unused services, “no-shows,” or partially used packages.

5. Changes & Amendments

• Any request for date or itinerary change is subject to availability and applicable charges.
• Safar Musafir does not guarantee that all changes can be accommodated once a booking has been confirmed.

6. Travel Documents & Responsibilities

• Travelers must carry valid travel documents such as passports, visas, ID proof, and tickets.
• Safar Musafir is not responsible for visa rejections, document errors, or delays caused by government authorities.
• It is the traveler’s responsibility to check and comply with all health, vaccination, and entry requirements for the destination.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• Safar Musafir acts only as an intermediary between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport companies, etc.).
• We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, natural calamities, accidents, loss of luggage, or other events beyond our control.
• In case of disputes or service issues, Safar Musafir will provide reasonable assistance to resolve them but bears no liability for third-party actions.

8. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and baggage loss.
